Digital twins (DTs) have emerged as transformative tools in personalized healthcare delivery, enabling real-time simulations, predictive diagnostics, and individualized treatment plans. By replicating patient physiology digitally, healthcare providers can model outcomes and fine-tune therapies with higher precision. This paper assesses the effectiveness of digital twins within healthcare, evaluating their integration with AI, IoT, and big data frameworks. Drawing from literature, we synthesize key developments, limitations, and future potentials, demonstrating how digital twins revolutionize patient-centered care.
