Cloud services have transformed computing by enabling distributed data storage and dynamic resource allocation. However, with the growth of multi-tenant environments, enforcing reliable access control across cloud platforms remains a persistent challenge. This paper proposes a blockchain-integrated access control framework designed to deliver transparency, decentralization, and immutable audit trails. By leveraging smart contracts and distributed ledgers, the proposed model ensures secure and tamper-proof policy enforcement across federated cloud environments. Experimental evaluation highlights improvements in auditability, policy synchronization, and resistance to unauthorized access when compared to traditional models
